💰 The company is dedicated first to a return of capital to shareholders through buybacks and dividends. The two companies combined had returned 1.8 billion to shareholders through mostly buybacks over the last two years and the trend could continue. That 25% FCFE yield represents the cashflow not being deployed in reinvestment
📝 Top line growth is uncertain but there seems to be a floor from the supply-constrained nature of the business. A lack of new approvals means limited competition
💸 The company is improving margins, with 90% of all revenue coming from contracts and a 33% adjusted EBITDA margin with tens of millions in annualized cost savings the company has stable cash flows
💎 The company also has a solid balance sheet with about 9% of the market cap in net cash and hundreds of millions in available liquidity the downside is well protected on this stock
